“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Company” refers to TheSuChef and its affiliates.
“Products” refers to ready-to-cook food kits and related consumable products available for purchase on our Platform.
“Vendor(s)” refers to the third-party manufacturers or suppliers of our Products.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is recommended that you review them periodically.
Platform & Services
TheSuChef Platform provides a marketplace where Users can browse, select, and purchase Products manufactured and supplied by third-party Vendors. TheSuChef facilitates the ordering and delivery process.
Accounts
To use our services or place an order, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are a minor, your account must be operated under the supervision of a legal guardian.
Sale of Products
Products may be purchased through the Platform at the listed prices subject to availability. All Products shown are genuine and sourced directly from Vendors.
Pricing & Information
All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of taxes.
Prices may change without notice.
If a product is incorrectly priced and an order has been placed, TheSuChef reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Product images are for representation only; actual products may vary. Refer to descriptions for weight, nutrition, and packaging details.
Placing an Order
To purchase Products, users must provide valid contact details and payment information. By placing an order, you confirm that:
You are legally capable of entering a purchase contract.
The payment method used belongs to you or you are authorized to use it.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase Products listed on the Platform.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
TheSuChef does not store your financial information.
If a payment error occurs but funds are deducted without order confirmation, the amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
Shipping & Delivery
Products will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery timelines and charges may vary based on location and order size.
In general, orders are delivered within:
3–7 working days within India (or as specified in the Shipping Policy)
Ownership of the Products transfers to the User once delivered.
User-Generated Content
Users may submit reviews, ratings, and comments on the Platform. By submitting such content, you grant TheSuChef a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, and display the content.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once a shipment tracking number (AWB) is generated, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
TheSuChef reserves the right to cancel any order due to errors, fraud concerns, or product unavailability.
Exchanges & Refunds
Products once delivered will not be eligible for return/exchange except if:
You receive the wrong product, or
The product arrives in a damaged condition
For damaged items, photographic proof is required immediately upon delivery. TheSuChef will evaluate and decide eligibility for replacement.
Communication
By using our platform, you consent to receiving communication via email, SMS, or WhatsApp related to orders, updates, and account activity.
Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
Upload unlawful, offensive, harmful, or misleading content
Violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform
Use automated tools to extract data
Intellectual Property
All Platform content, including text, design, graphics, and code, is the property of TheSuChef or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. It may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold TheSuChef harmless from any losses or claims arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
TheSuChef shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
Disclaimer
The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties. TheSuChef does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or accuracy of content.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra .
