At TheSuChef, we take pride in delivering high-quality ready-to-cook meal kits. If you face any issue with your order, we’re here to assist.

  • No Return Policy: We do not accept returns once the order is delivered.

  • Quality Issues: If any ingredient is damaged, missing, expired, or not in proper condition, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Resolution Options: In such cases, we will either:

    • Refund the ingredient amount, or

    • Deliver a fresh replacement ingredient (as applicable).

While raising a request, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Issue details

  • Photos or videos as proof

  • Copy of receipt or invoice (if available)

  • Inspection & Approval: Once we verify the issue, we will confirm approval within 2–7 working days based on our internal checks.

  • Refund Processing: If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days. Timelines may vary depending on banks and payment partners.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Final Decision: TheSuChef reserves the right to approve or reject any refund or replacement request based on verification.
