  • Start by preparing the sandwich stuffing. In a bowl, add finely chopped capsicum, onion, and boiled sweet corn.
  • Add small paneer cubes to the vegetables, followed by chilli garlic chutney, tomato ketchup, thick curd, salt, chilli flakes, and peri peri masala.
  • Mix everything well until the paneer and vegetables are evenly coated and the stuffing is ready.
  • Take sandwich bread slices and apply butter evenly on one side of each slice. You may also spread a little chutney if desired.
  • Spread the prepared paneer stuffing generously on the buttered side of one bread slice.
  • Sprinkle some grated cheese on top of the stuffing and cover it with another bread slice to form a sandwich.
  • Apply butter on the outer side of the sandwich and gently press it.
